General Behavior:
Cahir is a Sociopath in the sense that he doesn't do much of anything besides woo his next bed-target. He is an extreme extrovert if he ends up attending feasts and banquets but he will only show up if he is the guest of honour. He shows pleasure in making his Queen's love life a living hell, however he does not meddle in her ruling of their Kingdom. As long as others do not feel above him in rank while they speak to him he allows her to do as she pleases. When she is absent he doesn't even bat an eyelash at the copious amounts of work keeping a Kingdom in line. He allows her advisors to do the dirty work. He is not plotting and cruel about ruling the Kingdom, however he is when it comes to choosing his targets to bed.
He is very selfish and feels that he should be welcome to all of the pleasure he can get from the world. He is an atheist and despises those who claim Religion, this even adds onto his wife's traditional Irish Religion.
He grants Moira her own part of the castle as long as she stays out of his. The only time they are together is if it's in the Audience room because that is what the King chooses.

Cahir was born the poster child to the late King and Queen of the Northern Kingdom, after years and years of trying for an heir. The Queen was almost in her 40's when finally her husband's problems in bed were granted an apology by the gods. Cahir came to them as a good child, he was raised very well by his parents. He was born into being the Crown Prince and had been once a young gentleman of his word.
When he was 15 his parents had been offered a wedding between the Kingdoms, from their old and good friends from the Western Kingdom. Giddily they agreed and Cahir had no problems with the arrangements as the princess Moira proved to be quite a stunning catch. However just shy a day from their marriage his mother, who Cahir favoured in his parents, passed on from an illness. Something snapped when days after his father died in grief to his life partner's death. Cahir began to have hidden affairs until three years later when he'd tell Moira; as they had barely even taken on the idea of kissing one another.
For 9 years they both astained from having anything to do with their relationship. Not that Cahir could birth an heir by anymeans. He had been proven infertile; the part that enabled him to have children was severed. So whoring himself off would be completely safe of the ordeal of birthing an illegitimate child.
As the years passed it was agreed between Cahir and Moira that Cahir could do as he pleased while Moira ran the country. He had no will to do his parents' job, they had left him with no capability to become a father and he allowed himself to enjoy the pleasures of life. His biggest fear was if Moira ended up pregnant with an heir without any capability to express the fact that the child would be his. It would be lying if he would say Moira held his pleasure and any distant feelings aside from their acquaintance-based style of rule. But her finding a man to bed would pose a personal attack on Cahir's manhood.
