Moira is a woman who is generally very intellectual both book-wise and street-wise. She was once a little rebellious and sometimes it sparks up in conversations but she tends to hide it fairly well.
Moira is known for being a very tactical queen. She isn't someone who just rushes into things, unless those things have to deal with the King of Axailia. Moira is rather battle-ready as well as a Queen herself and is known to have her knights at her beck and call. She is a force to be reckoned with once angered, as she always displays an even temper.
History
Moira was born a twin to Morgan, who she loves dearly. She was raised as a princess alongside her sister by their parents the former King and Queen of the Western Kingdom. However when they were both 16 they were wedded off to opposite Kingdoms with very little contact between them. Which for the kinder of the twins was a harsh reality. But she had to face it.
In the beginning her marriage to her husband had been alright though still rocky, after 3 years it became known to her that he had many mistresses. He delved in many consorts and escorts in his time as king. Putting his parents' name to shame. Though she had voiced her opinion on this, her husband beat her to silence. It was then that the young 19 year old Queen would just continue to be a Queen and govern her life. She made it also known to her husband that he may have any lady in bed if they agreed to it; but she had the power and the word to pass laws.
He agreed only because she became Queen for her passions of becoming one.. He became King because it signed his right's to anyone's bed.
This contract didn't last him many years, as when the Queen was 25 a knight, by the name of Esras put his life to an end. Making the Queen a widower but allowing her true nature as the ruler of Baile to shine through.
But you see, the Queen not many weeks shy of this had out of wedlock, accompanied the King of Axailia in bed at her sister's Masquerade. The future and the war has become a little foggy to the Queen of Baile.

Moira is much unlike her sister in this, she is the opposite of Morgan. Moira is known to befriend those she feels fit right. She feels a very strong connection to her sister and sister in law, and King Connall.
Her knights and many people of her Kingdom are friendly with their Queen. She has a soft spot for a knight named Esras and his blacksmith woman, Sybil. Who have gone off on their own.

Moira herself is a hard woman to find an enemy in. Though don't get her wrong, where she is kind she makes up for in tact.
The only thing right now she sees a threat aside from the oncoming war to her fellow Irish castles in the south of her's.. Is her own people. Because sometimes when your King is a man whore and beds many women, those women see it hard to watch their lover's widower on the throne. Especially when this Queen pays visits to another King.

ENEMIES
Moira is known as the Virgin Queen, though recently this has not been a politically correct term for her. She has bedded with King Connall. She seems to have only eyes for the other Tactical Royal in Ireland.
Her heart has been sold and like her twin, she is a one person kind of woman.

. I think it would help Moira learn the tactics Bo has in mind. Since Moira kind of is the tactician. She will also probably aim to help her cousin if Bo accepts this help.
