General Behavior: Sarah is a very regal young woman; very much the princess that she was born and raised as. She is a very devout Catholic; though she understands that there are other religions in the world, she just doesn't agree with them. A lot of that has to do with the way she was raised, though. She may not agree with them, but she's lady enough to bite her tongue. Speaking of, she is very much a lady. There are times when she'll do things that are uncharacteristic of a lady, but usually only when she's certain that she is alone. Being a princess she was taught never to show emotion, to always hold her head up high and bite her tongue where necessary. For her to cry in front of anyone is a rare thing indeed. She also usually keeps her temper in check; but when it does come out it comes in the form of a sharp tongue with well placed words to make the person feel like a complete idiot, rather than in the form of yelling.

Sarah was born to the King and Queen of England, but her older brother was already titled as the heir to the throne. None the less, she was still raised to be a proper princess and lady. She was given the best instructors in all manner of subjects, and even taught the tactical side of politics. Her father believed it unintelligent to put all his eggs in one basket. Should something have happened to Braxton, she would have become the Queen, though it was doubtful that she would have done so without being married first. She learned to speak multiple languages and inherited her mother's continence. She was also raised a devout Catholic. With all of this, she would watch the way her brother was, and never believed him a good choice to rule England. He wasn't overly stupid, but he was prone to throwing childish tantrums when he didn't get his way. Not to mention the fact that his whoring ways made her want to slap him; as did his chosen blindness to the vile man, Cador Padern, who he named as England's commander.
When her brother took the throne it was all she could do to force herself to remain at court. She wanted to run away, but had no where to go. Which really just made her hate him even more. Having to do whatever pleased her brother. Seriously? What sibling wouldn't hate that? Her father had been in the process of arranging a marriage for her before his death. It would have been a good marriage. The man was Catholic and a prince heir. Her brother, however, didn't like the idea of her being a queen to be, and so he called off the arrangements. If she could have gotten away with it, she probably would have killed him a long time ago. As it was she took everything with the grace of a princess. Or, rather, with the grace of her mother. At least she didn't have to worry about marrying a man who would end up the whore that her brother and father had both been. Not that she didn't love her father, but everyone knew the former king of England had many mistresses and it would be silly of her to deny that fact.
Shortly before the wedding of Queen Morgan Coughlan and Lady Abaigael O'Hara, her brother arranged a marriage for her with a Duke of the Eastern Irish kingdom. She got her brother's permission to meet her betrothed before she married him. Not that she believed she could do anything to prevent the marriage if she disliked the man, but it gave her an excuse to get out of England. The Duke of Harthwaite is turning out to be a rather charming man that she could easily see herself loving. But now that her idiot brother's commander was killed in the melee of the knight games; he's trying to order her back to England. How is she supposed to get around a direct order from her "king"?
