General Behavior:
Skoll is a courageous woman with lightning-quick wit. She can tear somebody apart with her words better than she could with her arrows, and that’s really saying something as she is also a tremendous archer. She was to have inherited a Jarl, and thus can act diplomatic and mature though she favors her more playful side. As quick as she is to ruin another person’s pride, she’s just as quick to make them laugh again. She has a sense of humor that is rather unique, and she tends to crack jokes at the wrong time. Like when she’s in the middle of a battle she’ll suddenly turn to her sister and comment on the huge mole on her attacker’s face.

Despite her playfulness she is fiercely protective of her twin sister, Hati, and doesn’t play games with her safety. Sure, they go into battle all the time together so she really shouldn’t have anything to worry about, but she always makes sure that she’s got her sister’s back, just as the woman has hers. She would do almost anything for her sister; she’s the type of sister that would leave the man of her dreams behind in a ditch if her sister has a life threatening problem or something bad happens to her…and she has. She also knows how to give the woman space, though, and doesn’t hover over her; she lets her sister be independent. This probably stems from the fact that she is in love with her own independence; she loves the fact that she has freedom and control of her life.

{ H I S T O R Y }
Hati and Skoll were born twins to a Jarl and his wife of a settlement in present day Norway called Cormount. Here the twins grew to love combat-based jobs from the get go and often wrestled each other until one or the other would give up. The title of Jarl was given to Skoll at birth though neither twin knows which of the two is the older. Hati had been ignored and Skoll was schooled in learning to read. Skoll would sometimes sneak teachings on Nordic Ruins to Hati though as Shieldmaidens usually decorated their shields with them.

When they were both seven their parents were slaughtered by another Jarl but to keep the daughters from dealing with matters too old for them an advisor was placed. When they were nine Hati and Skoll gave each other the names “Hati” and “Skoll”. They beat up anyone or threatened anyone who would call them by their birth names. When they were ten they both made it known to everyone that Hati had a childhood dream to be a Shieldmaiden like her parents intended for her and Skoll would be given the rights to a bow to try out Archery. A war broke out between Jarls again for Cormount, and the sisters both killed the Jarl that slaughtered their parents. As they aged to thirteen the advisor Jarl had tried to send Hati away to become some Nord’s wife and Skoll had been starting in to take up the reigns of her parents. But neither sister liked this idea. Instead they left their settlement and have for a rather long time toured the lands to find home. To find Skoll a better suited land for her to own and to have Hati at her side until they could choose their own independence. As long as both visited one another often that is.

Hati and Skoll also worked as Mercenaries till the time closer to their 20’s and in doing so they have lived through many wars and both had bedded many a man. Now they’ve come to Ireland. Skoll had accidently moved into Hati’s sword and the twins are seeking help in a land in the South called Avlora.
